While Figge von Rosen Galerie existed since 2006 in Cologne and opened in 2011 a second space in Berlin, Philipp Figge left the gallery in 2014. It is now run solely in Cologne and under its new name by Philipp von Rosen alone. I have shown and will show artists of my generation. I want to develop the careers of young and mid-generation artists in close and continuous relationships to the gallery.
My program encompasses a range of international artists working with painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video and installation.

The program is centered on political and sociological themes on the one side as well as on the artistic reflection upon the conditions of the media employed on the other side. Once a year I do exhibitions with a historical focus with artists not represented permanently (examples are shows with Peter Downsbrough, Walter Dahn or Werner Büttner).
