Pop, Rock and R&B with Cold Shot

Vino Godfather Winery presents and afternoon of favorite rock, pop and R&B songs performed by long time regional duo Cold Shot.

Cold Shot offers up a dynamic selection of upbeat songs that span decades. Featuring Richard Urbino (vocals, bass) and René Martucci (vocals, guitar), their show recently got attention with 2020 & 2019 nominations for best cover band by Sacramento News & Review (SAMMIES). Cold Shot plays an irresistible collection of iconic artists from Elvis Presley to Bruno Mars. With a variety of beloved styles to enjoy, audiences can’t help but sing along! Enjoying good music and good times is what Cold Shot is all about!

Urbino and Martucci have shared the stage for years, playing a huge variety of events. They trade off singing lead and harmony, Urbino’s deep register and Martucci’s smooth alto blending as one. Urbino’s foundation of solid bass riffs set up the dance groove and Martucci’s guitar playing covers the rhythm and lead solos. Together, these two musicians keep a busy schedule doing what they love best!

This free concert is outside in the side yard of Vino Godfather Winery’s stunning historic mansion on Mare Island. Concert goers are invited to bring a picnic (no outside alcohol), folding chairs or a blanket and set up on the grass. Mask and social distancing protocols required.
