J. Mane Gallery is pleased to present its 3rd H2O International Online Juried Art Exhibition.

"The heart of a man is much like the sea.  It has it's storms, it has it's tides and in it's depths it has it's pearls too."~Vincent van Gogh

Water is one of the most important elements for sustaining human life.  We live on a water planet.  It surrounds us, and we cannot live without it.

We invited artists to submit work where water was the focus.  All artists over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their best art and photography. We received entries from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Israel, Germany and Croatia.

Each of our themed exhibitions, awards for First, Second and Third Place.  The First Place winner for the 3rd H2O show is Eric David for his photograph, La Semeuse. Eric captured the essence of the theme and his excellent command of the medium and composition are what set his work apart. Eric is also the Featured Artist for the next four weeks.

Taking Second Place is Harry Burleigh for his digital photo, Bermuda Rocks. Harry managed to capture water in various forms and in one image. The smooth water contrasts with the white crashing waves, while clouds float above. This creativity and originality is what makes this an excellent image. And, Third Place goes to Madison Pollihan for her digital photo, Shimmer.  The colors and abstract quality of the water she captured are wonderful.

Honorable Mention awards were given as well. Honorable Mention awards go to Rey Arvelo for his photo, Water Texture 5, Maureen Bennett for her photograph, Morning Dew, Kimberly Consroe for her photo, Croatian Adriatic, Edmari Hernandez-Silen for her acrylic on yupo, Los Peores Momentos de la Tormenta, Theodore Heublein for his photo, Bubbles 1, Alison Lam for her digital photo, Icy View, Adam Land for his acrylic, Wave, Kevin Morris for his photo, Happy Place, Suzanne Mosley for her cyanotype, Turbulent Waters, Y. Hope Osborn for her manipulated photo, Winter Freeze, Denyce Renee for her photo Ripple, Sadie Roy for her photo, Ice Wall, Kristopher Schoenleber for his photo, Water Wall, Vasu Tolia for her acrylic, Rondezvous In The Rockies, and Alexandra Treadaway for her watercolor, Dew On Spider Web. All of our Honorable Mention winners represented water in a unique way.
