Jeanne Rietzke World in Watercolor, an international online solo painting exhibition by Jeanne Rietzke, opens on February 01, 2023, and will continue through March 03, 2023.

Jeanne work is inspired by water as she enjoys pushing the limits of watercolor and creating creatures that seem animated.

Artist ( Description ): 

Originally from Charleston, SC, Jeanne McIntosh Rietzke holds a BA in Fine Art from the University of South Carolina, Columbia. Her colorful, coastal and marine themed paintings have sold nationally and internationally over her 30-year career. She has won numerous awards and been accepted into many juried shows. 

Her work has also been featured in national publications. February 24, 2022, her first children’s books were published. Jeanne wrote and illustrated a series entitled Caroline, The Painted Turtle. Jeanne now makes her home in Wilmington, NC with her husband Jacques and their six cats.
