Bilateral contrast has always been the topic for human thoughts. From the ancient times and the contrast between lightness and darkness, good deeds and bad ones in legends and past religions to the most trivial contemporary matters nowadays.in the meantime, the contrast between happiness and sadness, each of which is simply related to many factors, it is an issue which can be at the same time very personal and affected by group of people, especially when the contrast is between childhood and adulthood which are closely interwoven. During adulthood, the unfulfilled childhood happiness turned into trauma and sorrow. Maybe because of this tendency to get relieved of this trauma that adulthood rejoicing is a bit more complex. In an attempt to experience childhood rejoicing we find our inner child euphoric and almost dominating.
This subject, was the main concern for Shanly Momeni leading to the production of “Game-maker Device” in which the unconscious human mechanism will demonstrate itself in a crowded atmosphere. The combination and matching of strong and bright colors in an atmosphere in which Dark color becomes dominant together with shapes and masks that are hanging and rotating in a way
To exemplify or clarify a dizziness among happiness and sadness. An inner childish world with a tendency towards lighting and childhood joy with an outer and peripheral atmosphere which is dark-sometimes being lit by a spark of light. An upbeat world but concerned among many adulthood concerns!
