Borders and Boundaries

Date:
Thursday, 1 February 2018 to Monday, 26 February 2018
Opening:
Friday, 2 February 2018 - 5:00pm

In February, Partners Gallery artists are exploring notions of borders and boundaries: how they separate, define, categorize, frame, exclude, protect or connect. Several artists are working directly with maps detailing security walls, Green Lines etc while others use natural materials as borders. One of our abstract painters is exploring the use of the grid interlaced with form and another investigates space without boundaries. Plus a depiction of the sad struggle and human degradation surrounding the immigration debate. And more.
