Garrett Masterson’s current sculptural works use the abstracted human figure as a vehicle to explore geology, cultural history, and the human experience. He works with clay to create a range of abstract forms in brilliant colors, with highly textured surfaces, producing sculptures that have an archaic presence that transcends time.
