Charlie Godet Thomas will create the second commission for VITRINE’S 2017 – 2018 SCULPTURE AT programme in London. Entitled Cloud Study, the work explores the cloud motif from popular culture and the notion of change, appropriating the form of a weather vane. The sculpture will be unveiled in Bermondsey Square on 2 October 2017, and be on display until 30 March 2018.
——
SCULPTURE AT was founded by VITRINE director Alys Williams and artist Karen Tang in 2014. Now in its second edition, it features large-scale temporary commissions by mid-career and emerging artists.
