This exciting new exhibition offers an insight into best and brightest of modern art, with abstract forms, remembered figures, urban landscapes and colour explosions in an eclectic showcase of contemporary talent. ART IN MIND displays a broad collection of work in various media from acrylic and oil paintings, through to etchings and textiles pieces, stretching the imagination and encompassing most of the predominant themes in art today. We are proud to present a group of artists bringing creativity together from across the four corners of the globe; from Australia to Japan, Syria, Greece, Spain and Swtizerland back to London and Leicestershire, with the warm and lively cityscapes by Rita Mancesti (from Switzerland), through to the captivating inner-city scenes of Paul Vyse (from London) in juxtaposition to the bright buoyant abstracts by Dimitra Viveli (from Greece) and the magical illusory patterned textiles of Rosie Kavanavoch (from London) we offer a vibrant taste of international art at its most unconventional and evocative.
We hope to impress and attract a wide audience, stimulating debate about what art can be, where it is going next and the expression of inner meanings and realities through representation, whether abstract or figurative. By unveiling the emotional power and engagement through art in all its forms, we hope you enjoy the exhibition and welcome feedback or comments for our artists.
We cordially invite you to join us at the opening of ART IN MIND on Wednesday 28th May from 6pm – 8.30pm
