Ex Nihilo

The group exhibition "Ex Nihilo" brings together five artists from different countries: Marcela Gotardo ( Brazil ); Sweet Sampson ( Russia); Delia Perez Salinas ( Mexico); Rachel Wolf ( Norway); Jamie Grace Davis (USA).

Like the artists themselves coming together from distances, the display of artworks depend on each other to create a whole composition, therefor the finished project is one artwork.

This can work as a metaphor for diversity in a social structure.

Each art piece reflects each individual, yet once display together, it reflects unity.

The artists don't depart from meaning, but rather suggest how meaning can be constructed.
