Einbender Fine Art Sculpture; an international online solo exhibition by Alysse Einbender opens on October 01 and will continue through October 31, 2021.
Alysse Einbender made her sculptures in clay, because of its timelessness and sustainability, its suppleness, strength and its willingness to be transformed, as she says in her statement.
The Clay and Alysse are partners in this exploration to create something new.

Alysse’s love of sculpture started early in her childhood and persisted throughout high school. From her college years and beyond she became involved in various artistic disciplines before turning her focus to a career in landscape architecture. In 2004, her new career was upended by a spinal stroke that resulted in permanent paraplegia. Alysse credits much of her emotional healing to her immersion in ceramic sculpture.
Since 2015 Alysse's work has been shown in several live regional exhibitions winning first place in the 3-Dimensional Works category of the All About Art Show at MossRehab and winning special recognition by the curator at a recent show at the Dallas Metro Arts Contemporary. Since the onset of the pandemic in 2020 her work has been curated into three internationally juried online competitions/exhibitions, most notably winning second prize in Art-Fluent’s online exhibition www.art-fluent/boundless.
Alysse resides in the Philadelphia area near her four sisters and two sons.
