The Art of Death, an international online solo photography art exhibition by Neona Brackett (aka Summer Neona) opens on May 05, and will continue for two months until July 05, 2024.

Neona Brackett explores the transience of the present, and recognize the profound significance of passing moment and presents the art of death. Each photograph encapsulates a profound statement—a silent declaration about the interconnectedness of lives, the inevitability of change, and the enduring power of shared stories.

Artist ( Description ): 

Neona Brackett is a photorapher and sculpture-based artist known for working with various textures, welding, and mold-making materials. Born in Dahlonega, Ga, Brackett showed an early passion for art, constructing and deconstructing found objects in the woods.

They pursued their formal education in art, earning an associate in Fine Arts from the University of North Georgia in 2020 and obtained their B.F.A with a concentration in sculpture, December 2023.

Brackett’s style is influenced by Louise Bourgeois, Andres Serrano and Robert Gober -pushing her work to explore nature, death, and the subconscious. Brackett now resides in Buford, Ga showcasing locally, and intends to push nationally..
