Karlsberger is comprised of individuals who are passionate about the built environment whether they are planners seeking out new methods by which they can perfect the functionality and efficiency of a building, or designers who still feel something stir inside of them each time they realize the true power of great design. As people who continually put their hearts into creating functional, inspiring spaces for others, we cannot argue that our appreciation of this discipline surpasses the appreciation felt by our peers. All of us have arrived here because we share in a passion, which never ceases to inspire, exalt and motivate each of us to invest ourselves further towards its promotion and advancement.

Indeed, we are proud of more than 77 years of accomplishments and equally proud that our firm history highlights achievements made without sacrificing the ideals of our founder. We are a reflection of Louis Karlsberger's vision in 1928 and his ambition to leave a mark on a discipline, for which he was passionate. The values and practices of our early leaders have laid a foundation and a path which we strive to follow on a daily basis. We have been left with the responsibility to continue encouraging each other to ask questions, develop alternatives, treasure diversity, and reciprocate the education, support and inspiration our teachers, communities and peers have bestowed upon us. We hope our present has done our past justice and that our future carries on its traditions.
