Ellen Berkenblit and Anne Collier Collected By Thea Westreich Wagner and Ethan Wagner

Anton Kern Gallery is pleased to announce the inclusion of works by Ellen Berkenblit and Anne Collier in the transformative gift to the Whitney Museum of American Art by Thea Westreich Wagner and Ethan Wagner. To mark this occasion, the exhibition Collected By Thea Westreich Wagner and Ethan Wagner will open at the Whitney Museum of American Art on November 20, 2015, featuring selections from the collection.

Collected by Thea Westreich Wagner and Ethan Wagner is organized by Elisabeth Sussman, curator and Sondra Gilman Curator of Photography, Whitney Museum of American Art, and Christine Macel, chief curator and head of the department of contemporary and prospective creation, Centre Pompidou, with Elisabeth Sherman, assistant curator, Whitney Museum of American Art.

The exhibition will travel to Centre Pompidou and will open on June 9, 2016. A catalogue featuring both artists will accompany the exhibition.
