Mixing Medias

The Carole A. Feuerman Sculpture Foundation invites you to Mixing Medias, its first ever exhibition of innovative and creative under represented artists working in a diverse range of media.  In collaboration with Mana Contemporary and theEileen S. Kaminsky Family Foundation, Mixing Medias: 2015 is an exhibition with a diverse international presence of innovative, creative mid-career and under represented artists working in a diverse range of materials. Artists were selected by a jury consisting of Richard Friswell, Edward Rubin, and Steve Rockwell. The jury will announce winners for the Best in Show and two Runner-ups during the exhibition opening on December 12th. The exhibition will be on view from December 12, 2015 to January 31, 2016. The hours are 1:00pm to 6:00pm weekdays.

Mixing Medias: 2015 offers artists the opportunity to collaborate with other creative individuals while gaining publicity and exposure. There will be a catalogue and video made of the exhibition. Three financial grants will be awarded through the generosity of all three foundations, artists will gain exposure and be able to interact with major collectors, curators, galleries and cultural institutions. The Carole A. Collectors and Press Reception

Collectors and members of the press are invited to gather for coffee at 11:00 AM on December 12th at Carole Feuerman Studios, 28 West 27th Street, Suite 488, New York City. There will be a bus at noon to transport VIP’s to Mana Contemporary. A press opening reception and announcement of winners is scheduled in the Mana Contemporary Café at 1:00PM. Many of the artists will be in attendance. At 3:00 PM a bus will leave Mana for NYC.

Public Reception

The exhibition will be open to the public from 3PM – 6PM on December 12th at Mana in room 456. It is also open weekdays from 1PM – 6 PM until January 31, 2016.
