ART IN MIND is an exhibition aiming to connect people with art through paintings, drawings and prints that
demand that you take a closer look into the secrets and treasures hidden in them; leaving you to contemplate the wonders of the human mind and the different visions and interpretations that each artists aims to depict.
Combining the talent of artists from Finland, India, Latvia, Spain, USA and UK, the exhibition invites us to explore a wide range of themes. Agnese Zirina’s vibrant pieces are about self - exploration and personal feelings, her graphic works take us into a specific moment to experience it and search our own thoughts and feelings. Offering us a view and opportunity to analyse social issues like freedom and equality, Benjamin Caldwell’s works ask us to reflect on universal topics and question our perspectives. You will also discover Brittany Lee Howard’s very distinctive compositions. Her bold use of color and textured layers of acrylic paint and other mediums give them a unique appeal that draws you in and creates a conection between us and her pieces. We are taken into a journey to unveil the human psyche and the world we have created through colourful, striking artworks.
The show aims to create a space to nurture relationships between the diverse and multi-faceted works of these local and international artists and the audience.
