Learn or improve your plein air (outdoor) painting skills among the many picturesque offerings of the island of Alameda, with its Victorians, boats, bridges, and scenic views. Scheduled just two weeks after the Frank Bette Plein Air Paintout, you can first watch the artists in action, then try it yourself with Mark Monsarrat’s easy 3-step, limited-palette approach, as he guides you on your way.
