Dates: September 24 – December 31, 2015

Reception & Book Release: Saturday, September 26, 2pm – 5pm

Eleven Artists: Mary Aiu, Susan Carnahan, Jim Codington, Marian Davidson, Bruce Finocchio, Wendy Hannum, Susan Hillyard, Oliver Klink, Mike Miller, Diana Rebman, and Robin Robinson

The glue that bonds the eleven artists together lies in an evolution of thought and practice. By traveling the world, waiting patiently for the perfect moment, and extensively researching their subjects, the artists have created deeply felt photographs with emotional connections. Their images take us to a transcendent understanding, moving beyond mere fascination to a level of personal understanding. This is essential to saving what could so easily be lost and inspiring all of us to work to preserve all life on our precious planet.

Wildlife Beyond Borders book and exhibition will not only give you a visual but also an audible experience. Through Augmented Reality technology, the audience can engage with the images, listen to sounds, sense the environment, and be exposed to issues tackled by conservation associations. Their book is designed to be a living document, the viewer can see and read behind-the-scenes stories, videos, and more content created by the artists. By pointing your smart device at images in the book, content will start playing.
