J. Mane Gallery is pleased to present its 3rd Annual Seasons International Online Juried Art Exhibition.

Each season of the year, regardless of what region of the world you live in, comes with nature's own amazing color palette. For this competition we invited artists to share their artistic vision of any of the four seasons, winter, spring, summer or fall. For this competition, we looked for not only technique with medium, but how well the artist captured the essence and spirit of the subject. We had over 200 entries from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, the Russian Federation and India.

Each of our themed exhibitions, awards for First, Second and Third Place.  The First Place winner for the Seasons show is Kim Chase for her acrylic painting,  Winter Birches. Kim’s interpretation of the theme evoked the spirit of winter. Her use of the medium is outstanding, and it as if you can feel the chill in the air. Kim is also the Featured Artist for the next four weeks.

Taking Second Place is Izzy Kapetanovic for his photography, Autumn Around The Grist Mill.   Izzy’s command of the medium is outstanding and once again, the colors he has captured in this photo enhance the Autumn ambiance. And, Third Place goes to Kate Peper for her watercolor painting, Grace.  Kate’s treatment of the subject are what made her work stand apart. It is as if we are swimming in the pool with her.

Honorable Mention awards were given as well. Honorable Mention awards go to Maureen Bennett for her mixed media piece, Backyard Series 3, Kelly M. Coffey for her digital photo, Summer Daze, Sandra Dalton for her photo, Snow Tree, Gerri Duke for her photo Sangres In Fall, Michael J. Duke for his photo Spring Showers, Melissa Fisher for her photo Red, Ana Gadish-Linares for her digital photo, Council Of Droplets, Stephanie Guillen for her photo, The Portal, Steven Iseman for his layered poly static acid piece, Winter Beach Through Cedar Fence, John Mazlish for his photo, Snow Heaven, Noah Nolywaika for his charcoal and graphite drawing, Inconspicuous, Wen Redmond for her mixed media piece, The Lake, Kristopher Schoenleber for his photo, Footsteps, JL Schwartz for Fall Leaves, Raymond Smith for his oil painting, Island Life, Alison Thomas for her digital photo, Snowy Tree Line and Yueyang Zou for her photo, First Snow.
