New Year, New Art

1 January 2021 (New Orleans, LA) JONATHAN FERRARA GALLERY is proud to announce, New Year, New Art, a group exhibition of artists who are new to the gallery programme and who have upcoming solo exhibitions planned for 2021. 

New Year, New Art features artwork from fourteen different local, national, and international artists working across a wide range of mediums including painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital printmaking, and photography. The resulting exhibition serves as the framework for what JONATHAN FERRARA GALLERY has in store for 2021.

New Year, New Art is the second of a two-part group exhibition which reviews the gallery’s entire artist programme. Part one, entitled Inspiration in Isolation, exhibited during the final two months of 2020 and focused on established artists in the JONATHAN FERRARA GALLERY roster.

New Year, New Art will be on view from 2 January to 13 February 2021 with a rolling opening reception from 11 am – 7 pm on 9 January and 6 February in conjunction with the Arts District New Orleans’ First Saturday Gallery Openings. The January opening will take place on the second Saturday of the month to account for the New Year’s Day gallery closures.
