Join us for an intimate solo art show by Meagan Cignoli at Matter Gallery in Los Angeles on July 13. This exhibition features a captivating blend of large-scale sculpture and experimental wall works that explore themes of queer identity, digital language, and fragility.
Meagan Cignolis latest solo show at Matter Gallery invites viewers into a world where sculpture, text, and materiality converge to address contemporary themes surrounding identity, vulnerability, and the digital age. Featuring large-scale works in glass, clay, plaster, paper pulp, and fabric, the exhibition examines the intersection of physical presence and digital abstraction, all while celebrating the beauty in fragility. Through raw edges, experimental textures, and thought-provoking text-based bas reliefs, the work challenges traditional perceptions of both form and language. This exhibition provides a nuanced space for reflection on how digital and queer identities intersect in our contemporary experience.
