Mary Ellis, an Ossining artist internationally known for her brilliantly colored, high energy abstract paintings, will be featured in a solo exhibit at the Donald Gallery from March 24 through May 5, 2019.

Mary’s brilliantly colored abstract paintings on paper and canvas came to life when she committed to the “100 day painting challenge”, a painting a day for 100 days. This spontaneous discipline forever changed her approach to her paintings. Through this commitment, Mary was set free to reconnect to her heart, her source of inspiration

A free opening reception will be held on March 24, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Donald Gallery, which is located at South Presbyterian Church, 343 Broadway, Dobbs Ferry, NY.  Gallery hours are 10 am to 4 pm daily.
