CURVE STRAIGHT is the second joint exhibition for Elizabeth and Rose Olson. In this paring their work creates dialogue in relationship to their differences; Elizabeth's photographs are full of curved shapes while Rose's paintings emphasize geometry and line. The works also relate through their attention to color. Rose's acrylics on wood reflect her passion for color and she applies many thin layers layers to increase the painting's luminosity and Elizabeth is inspired by the colors of nature.
