Join us for our first supper club of the year as Nepalese cooking duo Shaurab and Gaurab Thakali take over the Nunnery Café with a home-cooked feast taking cues from the food they grew up eating, lovingly made by their grandma, mum, and aunties.

More details on the menu to be released soon. However, it will be a three-course affair, featuring a tasty mix of achaar for starters, followed by a traditional thali with all the fixings for mains, and delicious juju dhau for dessert to bring the evening to a delicious close.

15% of ticket proceeds will be donated to Maiti Nepal - a non-profit organisation in Nepal dedicated to supporting victims of human trafficking.

This is also a chance to view ME 2 U: A collective manifesto after hours as part of Whitechapel Gallery’s First Thursdays, with the Nunnery Café serving drinks throughout the evening.

As food will be prepared by a very small and busy team, please be aware that we are not able to cater to any specific dietary requirements or allergies.
