The Art of Pleasure with Adele Brydges

One of the highlights of October's edition of The Other Art Fair is The Art of Pleasure workshop, an opportunity to explore sexuality and pleasure through creativity, in a playful and artistic environment. This unusual workshop offers the chance to customise a personal porcelain pleasure tool that is both beautiful and functional. 

Adele Brydges has carved out a personal niche, making sex toys, pleasure garments, and jewellery that are usable and beautiful pieces of art and will guide you to decorate your own bespoke porcelain Hot and Cold dildos.

Adele uses collage techniques to piece together her creations, layering sensual illustrations, erotic poetry, lyrics,  flora and fauna, colour pops, kitsch and kink. Participants will have the opportunity to see other pieces from her collections and works in progress. Once decorated, your piece will be enamel fired, packaged and returned to you within two weeks of the workshop. This workshop is for adults only and tickets must be booked in advance.

 This workshop is part of artists Aida Wilde & Ego.A.Sowinski ‘20/20: A Brief survey’ project space and exemplifies The Other Art Fair’s courage to venture where other fairs dare not roam and offer artwork and creative experiences at the cutting edge of contemporary culture. 14-17 October at The Old Truman Brewery, London E1.
