Daisy Walker & Ssōne present, Reunion
Daisy Walker is a photographer and filmmaker based in London, her work is underpinned by a powerful exploration of the human body and lifelong passion for the natural world.
In Reunion, Daisy captures the bodies of her subjects and herself outside, in their rawest state, documenting a reconciliation between the Earth and us, its inhabitants.
Pushing her established printmaking process one step further, creating images in the darkroom as well as in front of the camera. Exposing, cropping, enlarging and tearing prints, Daisy locates images within images, applying a tactile, physical layer of investigation to her photographic practice. They tell a story of human nature at its most elemental, at home and in chorus with the natural world

Daisy Walker is a photographer and filmmaker based in London. Her work is underpinned by a powerful exploration of the human body and a lifelong passion for the natural world.
Daisy grew up in the countryside on the outskirts of London, where she fostered a love of nature from an early age, which would go on to shape her environmental activism. A survivor of sexual abuse, she first experimented with nude self-portraiture as a means of processing her own trauma. In doing so, she found healing, resilience and a new understanding of the power of image-making.
Her clients include Burberry, Cos, Farfetch, JW Anderson, Loewe, Maison Margiela, Nike and Victoria Beckham. She has directed films for Maison Margiela, Vivienne Westwood, Maje and Stella McCartney.
