MyMicroGallery presents the second edition of CHROMAFLUX at 67 York Street Gallery, bringing together fourteen international artists whose work explores colour as the primordial language of existence. Following the successful Paris debut, this London exhibition features artists from Australia, United States, Germany, Sweden, Finland, China, England, and Italy, working across painting, sculpture, and video.
The exhibition presents colour not as a static visual element, but as a dynamic force that flows, transforms, and responds to light and perspective. Through diverse artistic approaches, the participating artists—Tom Bienert, Frances Clarke, Genny Costin, Elizabeth Crawford, Roni Doppelt, Dena Haden, Riitta Nelimarkka, Anya Pesce, Sue Ridge, Paul Zawadzki, Julie Waas, Susanne Weber-Lehrfeld, Frank Mann, and Alex Z Wang—demonstrate how chromatic flow symbolises the instability and beauty of life itself.
Curator Stefania Carrozzini describes the exhibition as exploring "the awareness that colour is not just something to see but to feel." Each work invites viewers to experience colour as liberated through light, transparency, and iridescent surfaces, emphasising the fluid and unpredictable nature of chromatic experience.
CHROMAFLUX positions colour as a vehicle through which the world communicates with our souls, reflecting the mutability of human emotions and their capacity to transform and influence one another. Like water or wind, the exhibition suggests that colour embodies continuous movement and change, inviting viewers to embrace the unpredictability of both art and life.
