NOLITEX are an exhibiting group of 11 artists who are based in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. Printing, painting, dyeing, metal, wood, handmade felts and papers, feature in members’ work, as well as traditional techniques such as hand and machine embroidery. Working to a theme or title, the group presents an exhibition of new work every two years. ‘I Exist In Two Places, Here And Where You Are’ is an exploration of communication and connections in our modern world. The title is taken from a poem by Margaret Atwood.
