Opening:
Friday, 12 April 2019 - 6:00pm

In Reinickendorf Town Hall – the venue of Function.Anomy, our first exhibition – we will show videos produced by Barbara Sanchez Barroso, Daniela Delgado Viteri, FELL, and Ori Jauch.

In an environment where ordinary citizens are guided by a set of predefined pathways that lead to institutional spaces and activities, the artists will use video to analyse the contradictions of functionally structured systems.

The screening will take place at 6pm on Friday, 12th of April, 2019.

Afterwards, there will be a discussion with the featured video artists, who will explain the influences and motives behind their work, as well as the process that led to the creation of their exhibited pieces

THE COLLECTIVE

Intermission is a newly born artist collective, featuring artists from diverse, international backgrounds.

We offer artists a way to establish autonomy from business-driven intermediation and to promote the critical understanding of their work.
