Uni-Korea Art Exhibition - From Baekdu to Halla - Contemporary Painting from North and South Korea

The aim of the exhibition is to impart the connectedness of both parts of Korea sustained expression trough impressive works by their artists. In particular, prove again the artists not only as a trailblazer of the new, but also as keepers of tradition.

Despite the extremely different development in the two parts of Korea during the past seven decades has been preserved much common values and lives the desire for the reunification of the country. Today, when communication between the artists from the North and the South unfortunately is still hardly possible, at least the exhibition shows their works side by side in a corresponding hanging. It becomes clear how strong still the common roots are.
