There is a tension shaping the world we live in, a delicate line between what continues and what begins to disappear, a balance that feels increasingly uncertain with each passing day. It is within this fragile moment that Extinction 2026, the 6th annual international juried smart exhibition by Gallerium, opens its doors, inviting you to witness, reflect, and engage with a reality that is already unfolding around us.
From its opening on April 22, the exhibition continues through June 22, 2026, bringing together voices from across the world in a shared visual response to this critical point in time.
The planet is not standing still.
Ecosystems are shifting. Species are vanishing. Natural rhythms are being disrupted in ways that are no longer subtle. What was once gradual now feels immediate, and what once felt distant is now part of our everyday reality.
Extinction 2026 brings this fragile balance into focus.
Through a compelling collection of artworks from around the world, the exhibition reveals both the vulnerability of our environment and the enduring beauty that still exists within it. Some works confront the consequences of loss. Others preserve moments of what remains. Together, they form a powerful visual narrative of a world suspended between survival and disappearance.
You are invited to experience the exhibition at:
https://www.gallerium.art/extinction-2026
As you explore, you may encounter works that stay with you, images that feel urgent, stories that resonate, and moments that shift the way you see the world around you.
You are invited to become part of that exchange.
You can rate and comment on the artworks, sharing your thoughts and interpretations. Artists can reply directly, creating an open dialogue where ideas evolve, perspectives meet, and the experience extends beyond the visual into meaningful conversation.
In this space, every response matters. Every reflection adds to the dialogue. And through that dialogue, the exhibition continues to live, not only as a collection of artworks, but as a shared awareness of what is at stake, and what may still be possible.
Explore Extinction 2026 and be part of the conversation shaping how we see, understand, and respond to our changing world.
