When and Where; a Visual Travel to Uncertainty by Parisa Shirzadi

When and Where; a Solo Mixed Media Exhibition by Parisa Shirzadi opens on September 15 and will continue online until October 15, 2020. 

Parisa's new exhibition follows the path of her older works and focuses on uncertainty. Figures in photographic poses in obscure places looking back to us. This uncertaintly has always been part of Parisa Shirzadi's works and a smart use of printmaking medium has made it possible for her to tell the story of this unknown people in a curious way.

In her statement for this exhibition, Paris wrote: "... from my point of view, printmaking is something between photography and painting. In fact, it is neither extreme emotions nor absolute reality. Something between reality and intuition...."
