Galerie Tatjana Pieters kindly invites you on Sunday January 15 from 3 to 6 pm, we will be opening the solo exhibitions of Anne Wenzel (NL) and Dennis Tyfus (BE). This will be the 4th solo exhibition of Anne Wenzel at our gallery and the 1st of Dennis Tyfus. We are proud to welcome Dennis as our new gallery artist, who was formerly represented by Stella Lohaus Gallery, Antwerp.
Dennis Tyfus (1979, lives and works in Antwerp) is constantly occupied with the things he considers important: drawings, music, vinyl, shows, radio programs, magazines (Ultra Eczema) and books. Ultra Eczema and Gunther are only a few of his brainchilds to be mentioned.
Since 2000, Anne Wenzel has been working on a strong and distinctive oeuvre of ceramic images and installations that often place her sculptures in a landscape setting, in combination with murals. Her works occupy an intermediate position between historical tradition and modernity, and Anne Wenzel consciously chooses a traditional medium: clay.
