WPA returns for the second year of DC's (e)merge art fair at the Capitol Skyline Hotel with sculpture and drawing by artist Jimmy Miracle, as well as a selection of works on paper by WPA member artists. Featuring photography, printmaking, drawing, painting, and digital media, the selection of 8" x 8" member works highlights the creativity and artistic diversity of WPA's artist members, while Miracle's installation of sculptural works and drawings displays the immense talent of this emerging DC-area artist.

On Friday, October 5 at 2pm, Lisa Gold, WPA's Executive Director, will moderate Performance Art: IMPACT, a panel discussion on performance featuring Claire Breukel (contemporary art curator and writer), Adam Budak (curator of contemporary art, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden), Sarah Newman (curator of contemporary art, The Corcoran Gallery of Art), and Jefferson Pinder (performance artist).

Venue ( Address ):

Rooms 217-218, Capitol Skyline Hotel
10 "I" Street, SW, Washington, DC
