Spotlight on Renea Begolli

Renea Begolli (1998) is a visual artist and researcher based in Prishtinë, Kosovë. Her practice explores memory, the body, gender, and identity. Moving fluidly across media—painting, video, installation, and research—she treats both the body and landscape as carriers of personal and collective histories, often marginalized. Shaped by the socio-political context of Kosovë, her work engages art as a space of care, dialogue, and inclusion, where vulnerability becomes both political and deeply personal. In 2023 received the Artist of Tomorrow Award in Kosovë, organized by Stacion CCA. Her work has been exhibited in solo and collective exhibitions in Kosovë and internationally.
