Framed with 2 CM silver wooden frame, not matted. “Sweet Dreams” drawing; created in 2018. I sometimes use subjects that allow me to satisfy my obsession with colors and with fantasy. “Sweet Dreams” is 2 pieces color drawing created with color markers, black ink and acrylic paint. Within my art somehow, I communicate that elusive sense of sheer joy. I love illustrations and every time I feel happy in my life I create an art with colors and full of imaginary images and objects. I'm generally not too concerned with creating a great deal of meaning beyond the aesthetic. Imagery is often borrowed from my life; sweet things around me and stuff that might evoke a sense of wonderment and ultimately fantasy. I have called my art “Sweet Dreams” because in my mind dreaming is one of the most mysterious and interesting experiences in our lives. Dreams should be full of colors and fantasy. Initially I only used black pen and markers. In a later stage I have added colors to the pictures because colors always make every aspect of life beautiful and meaningful with a splash of their variant hues! I wanted to transfer in a way the imaginary view of having a Sweet Dream. Every color has its own meaning. I have used gold and silver because gold among other things is associated with sophistication, elegance and quality and silver color helps emotional, physical, and mental relaxation. It cleanses the spirit and clears all the negativity. Silver color helps achieve perfect balance and harmony. Those two colors help significantly to heal hormonal imbalances on the art. My goal is to inspire those who see my work to look more carefully and discover what emotions, and sensations emerge. They are invited to discover the meaning behind my work by travelling around the art and without expectation and by looking at colors, styles, materials, surface and how they interact. The best observers of my work are the children. It always makes an impression to me on how a child responds when sees an art. Their face expressions and body reactions always send incredible messages.
