Janet Levy is an independent curator and galley owner. A native of Los Angeles, she studied sculpture at the Schule für Gestaltung in Basel and holds a bachelors degree in marketing as well as a degree in photography. Ms. Levy has curated projects for the Mondrian Hotel, Nike Blu House, and Arts Brooksfield. She worked at Tokion magazine for seven years in Los Angeles and New York before founding See Line Gallery in 2006. Previously she curated exhibitions and collaborated on architectural projects in Lucerne and Zurich.

In addition to consulting for corporate and individual collectors, she works with public and private institutions on special exhibitions.
Janet Levy opened See Line Gallery at the creative complex known as Drescherville in Santa Monica. In 2009, See Line Gallery relocated to the prestigious Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood. The emphasis is on a dynamic contemporary curatorial program showcasing both established and upcoming artists with a focus on sculpture, collage, painting, design, photography, works on paper and installations.
